1. How long can I keep these jerky?
Refrigerate meat after open (bag). Consume within three weeks or store in a freezer for up to three months.
Re-heat meat in a microwave for 10 to 20 seconds to enhance flavor and aroma (frozen meat must be defrosted first).
2. How do you package orders for shipping?
All jerky are shipped in USDA approved food bags sealed with oxygen absorbers inside.
These sealed bags are then wrapped with butcher paper. A second outer bag with sufficient oxygen is injected to protect the meat from outside pressure and to act as the second layer of protection against break or leakage.
3. How do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail service in USPS provided envelops or boxes.
4. How soon will I receive my order?
All orders usually ship within 48 hours during business days.  No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Next day delivery for most Southern California areas.  Other states or areas from 2 to 5 days, severe weather condition may cause further delay. Please check USPS Priority Mail delivery map from estimated delivery time.  Your order will be shipped from zip code 91770 (Rosemead, Los Angeles County, California).
5. Is my credit card information safe with you?
All credit card payments are processed directly by Chase Paymentech through Shopify web service provider. We do not have any record or obtain any information from your credit card.  You may also pay with Paypal.
6. Why prices are cheaper here than order from Amazon.com?
Amazon charges commissions and fees for each transaction, our website has a lower fee base so we pass the saving on to you. Either case you will still receive the highest level of service and delivery time.
7. What is your return policy?
You can cancel your orders anytime before we ship.  Once shipped, these made-to-order food items are NOT returnable.
8. Do you mail to APO or FPO?
Yes, we do.
9. Where are these jerky made?
All our jerky products are made here in the USA using USDA grade whole-cut of meat in a USDA-FSIS inspected facility with an "A" grade.  
Our facility is licensed by the City of Rosemead in the County of Los Angeles.  Our full-time Food Safety Certified Managers are on staff at all time during production.  Our facility is in the process of HACCP Certification.
10. Do you have a retail shop?
Yes, our shop is at 8930 Mission drive, Ste 106, Rosemead, CA 91770 and 1744 Nogales Street Unit D, Rowland Heights, CA 91748 (about 5~8 miles east of Los Angeles)
11. What are the ingredients used in your jerky?
Soy sauces, fish sauce, fruit juices, sugar, spices, salt
