Return & Refund Policy

No Return, Refund, or Exchange
Due to safety concerns and the perishable nature of our food products, they cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

In exceptional cases where a refund is authorized, the product must be returned in its original condition. Authorized refunds may be subject to a 50% restocking fee, a 10% processing fee, and both-way shipping costs.

If an order is approved for return and/or refund, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided.

All claims or disputes must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or 35 days of the ship date, or they will be denied.

Satisfaction Guarantees
We guarantee that all our products meet their listing descriptions. However, we do not offer personal satisfaction guarantees.

Package Loss or Damage
Each order is fully insured against loss, damage, or missing items.

Once a shipment is marked as "delivered" in the courier’s tracking system, all claims, including those for loss, damage, or missing items, must be filed directly with the courier by the customer who made such claims.

Refunds for loss, damage, or missing item claims will be issued directly to the customer by the courier.
