Shipping policy

Our Shipping and Delivery Responsibility

We are responsible for delivering orders to our customers. The delivery status is determined and confirmed by the courier's tracking system.

We are responsible for deliveries that take more than 10 business days to complete. In such cases, we may issue a full refund or reship the order.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days via Priority Mail. Under normal conditions, delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond the courier’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Change of address after the order has already shipped
  • Cancellation after the order has already shipped
  • Undeliverable addresses
  • No one is available to sign for the delivery
  • The package is too large to fit into the mailbox
  • No safe location to leave the package

In such situations, the customer is responsible for collecting the package from their local post office.

Package Loss or Damage
Each order is insured against loss, damage, or missing items.

Once a shipment is marked as DELIVERED in the courier’s tracking system, all claims, including those for loss, damage, or missing items, must be filed directly with the courier by the customer.

Refunds for loss, damage, or missing item claims will be issued directly to the customer by the courier.

All claims or disputes must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or 35 days of the ship date, or they will be denied.
