About This Product:
Our (medallion-shaped) Original Flavor Tender Pork Jerky is made with lean cuts of pork ham, machine-chopped (not minced) to preserve a satisfying texture. We blend in premium bacon from free-range pigs for an added layer of bold flavor, a subtle salty-sweet with a savory umami taste, a semi-dried texture, and a natural smoky BBQ aroma from the open-flame grilling process.

Ingredients: 
Meat, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), fish sauce, water, sugar, fruit juice (pear), contains 2% or less natural flavors, aromatic herbs, spices, sea salt, celery extract, beet powder.

Directions for Use: 
This jerky is ready to enjoy straight from the bag. For a fragrant BBQ aroma and a fresh-off-the-grill taste, microwave it until lukewarm (about 10–20 seconds).

Expiration:
Shelf life: 45 days ("Use-By" date printed on the package). Our products are shelf-stable when unopened and are not affected by hot or cold weather.
Frozen: Can be stored for up to 9 months (reheat in the microwave).
