Our mixed-flavor jerky features a subtle, salty-sweet flavor, a pleasant umami/savory taste, and a semi-dry texture.

• Original flavor pork jerky is made with lean cuts of pork
• Original flavor tender pork jerky is made with lean cuts of pork and bacon from free-range pigs
• Spicy flavor pork jerky has medium level spiciness

Ingredients: 
Meat, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), fish sauce, water, sugar, fruit juice (pear), contains 2% or less natural flavors, aromatic herbs, spices, sea salt, celery extract, beet powder.

Directions for Use: 
This jerky is ready to be enjoyed straight from the bag. For a fragrant BBQ aroma and a fresh-off-the-grill taste, microwave it until lukewarm (about 10–20 seconds).

Expiration:
Shelf life: 45 days ("Use-By" date printed on the package). Our products are shelf-stable when unopened and are not affected by hot or cold weather.
Frozen: Can be stored for up to 9 months (reheat in the microwave).
