Our spicy flavor beef jerky is made with lean cuts of Prime Angus beef (CAB). It features a lightly sweet taste, medium level spiciness, pleasant umami/savory taste, a semi-dried texture, and a natural smoky BBQ aroma from the open-flame grilling process.

Ingredients: 
Meat, soy sauce, fish sauce, fruit juice, sugar, spices, herbs, vegetable juice (no vegetable taste in the products), sea salt, celery extract.

Product Expiration:
Shelf life: 45 days (printed on the package).
Frozen: Can be stored for up to 9 months (reheat in the microwave).
Packing: Multi-layer sealed, oxygen-free food packaging. In compliance with FDA requirements.
